Nature-Based Tourism Investment
We work with those who want to turn their farm or village land into a small, nature-friendly lodging, camping or farm-stay business, from idea to opening: feasibility, permits, the TKDK IPARD grant application and automation of energy and water infrastructure.

What we do
Feasibility and concept
We plan lodging, camping, farm experiences and local produce sales together based on the land, access, water and energy, and estimate demand and income.
Permits and regulations
The Law No. 5403 permit for building on farmland, zoning status, building permit and operating documents are clarified with the relevant authorities before applying.
IPARD application file
We prepare the business plan, quotes, technical project and TKDK application package so the file is ready for the provincial coordination office when a call opens.
Solar power and water
On off-grid land we install solar panels, water tanks and pumps, and make energy and water use trackable remotely.
Smart operations
Heating and cooling, hot water and pumps are monitored with sensors, with alerts to your phone on faults or thresholds. We work with our partner on heat pumps.
Linking with village produce
We connect breakfasts and product sales for guests to our supply network with growers in Güney, Buldan and Eşme.
What to know before applying
- In the IPARD III Seventh Call (30 June 2025), rural tourism and recreation activities were open in all 81 provinces with a 60–70% support rate; the deadline for that call was 1 September 2025.
- According to TKDK’s current sector page, the current call does not accept rural tourism applications; we check the conditions again when a new call opens.
- Supported lodging facilities have at most 20 rooms and 40 beds; both new facilities and renovation of existing ones are covered.
- Support is paid as a non-repayable contribution for completed investments; the investor pays first and is reimbursed after the expenses are documented.
