For the first 6 months we collect legumes ourselves from growers around Güney, Buldan and Eşme in Denizli and supply them wholesale to Bodrum restaurants, hotels and greengrocers with purchase documents and producer records.
- Every batch is bought with an invoice or producer receipt; businesses can get a copy on request.
- Each producer's name, village and farmer registry (ÇKS) are on record; every pack is labelled with product, origin, producer and date.
- Large packs for restaurant and hotel kitchens; shelf-ready labelled packs for greengrocers. Every sale is invoiced.
- Delivered to your Bodrum kitchen, hotel or shop on our weekly run; standing weekly orders are welcome.
