Preparing for ISO 9001 · Public

Quality and Transparency

We openly share how we work, our strengths and weaknesses, and how we measure and improve our processes. This page is part of our preparation for an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

We do not hold ISO 9001 certification yet; we are preparing for it. Certification is granted after an audit by an accredited certification body.

Our quality policy

We turn our mission and vision into daily work through these commitments:

  1. 01We record the purchase document, producer and batch of every product we buy; we never hide where a product comes from.
  2. 02We pay producers a fair price that reflects their labour and agree payment terms openly before we buy.
  3. 03We hand over every automation installation with training so the farmer can run the system on their own.
  4. 04We never quote equipment on projects where we provide grant consultancy; we do not allow conflicts of interest.
  5. 05We verify rates, scores and rules against official sources and give customers written, sourced information.
  6. 06We record complaints and suggestions, look for the root cause and share the action we take.
  7. 07We base decisions on measurement and review and improve our processes every year.

Our SWOT analysis

As ISO 9001 requires, we assess the internal and external issues that affect our work. We also write down our weaknesses and threats openly.

Strengths

  • 25 years of knowledge and network built in Bodrum
  • Documented, traceable sourcing: purchase document, producer and batch records
  • Village produce and farm technology offered under one roof
  • Software and automation skills proven on international projects since 2022
  • Family ties with villages in Güney, Buldan and Eşme, and our own land in Eziler
  • Staying impartial in grant consultancy by not selling equipment

Weaknesses

  • Small team; critical work depends on one person
  • Seasonal, limited stock
  • Shipping and logistics costs due to distance
  • Few corporate customer references so far
  • Our written process and record system is still being set up

Opportunities

  • The 2026 Rural Development Investment Programme and pressurised irrigation grants
  • Growing demand in Bodrum for local, documented, natural products; tourism
  • Falling costs of sensors, solar power and artificial intelligence
  • A growing need in villages to use water and energy efficiently

Threats

  • Drought and climate change
  • Changes in grant regulations and application calendars
  • Price volatility and inflation
  • Competition from large chains and marketplaces
  • Weak internet and power infrastructure in some villages

Continual improvement: Plan – Do – Check – Act

We improve our processes with the ISO 9001 PDCA cycle:

  1. 1 / 4

    Plan

We set objectives and indicators and assess risks and opportunities with the SWOT on this page.

  2. 2 / 4

    Do

We run processes as defined and record every purchase, order and installation.

  3. 3 / 4

    Check

We track indicators regularly and analyse the causes behind complaints, returns and faults.

  4. 4 / 4

    Act

We apply corrective action on the root cause, measure the result and update this page.
