Denizli to Bodrum: Collection and Delivery

For the first 6 months, before our own facility exists, we collect products directly from growers. We document every step and bring them to Bodrum.

  • Collection: bought from growers we know in Güney, Buldan and Eşme, depending on harvest and stock.
  • Purchase document: every purchase comes with an invoice or producer receipt, and the documents are kept.
  • Producer record: the producer's name, village, ÇKS registration and batch are recorded.
  • Label: each pack shows product, origin, producer and batch date.
  • Bodrum delivery: delivered to restaurants, hotels, greengrocers and homes on our weekly run.
  • Our products are cleaned and packed at registered facilities in Denizli; batch and producer details are on every pack.
