This policy explains what information we process, why and how, when you use the Hierapolis Halikarnas website and WhatsApp ordering line. The Turkish version is the legally binding one.

Information we collect
- When you order on WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the full name you type, your delivery address or shared location, your cart and order history.
- When you create an account on the website: your name and email address.
- The content of the messages you send us.
- Technical information needed for the site to work (language and session cookies).
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, delivery and payment.
- To suggest your saved address on your next order.
- To meet our legal obligations (invoicing and accounting records).
Service providers we share it with
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Neon: database for products, orders and customers, and account sign-in.
- Meta (WhatsApp) and Kapso: delivering WhatsApp messages.
- Resend: sending order notification emails.
- Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Retention
- Order and customer records are kept for the retention periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
- Unfinished carts and conversation steps are reset when you place an order or type "cancel".
Your rights
- You have the right to know what information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
