Mushroom Facility and Climate Automation

Cultivated mushrooms grow in a fully controlled climate: temperature, humidity, ventilation and compost temperature must be right every day. We offer facility design, the Rural Development Investment Programme application and sensor-based automatic climate control together.

What automation manages

  • Temperature

Heating and cooling units run at a target temperature set for each growth stage.

  • Humidity and misting

Humidifiers and misting machines switch on according to hygrometer readings.

  • Ventilation

Fans and extractors are scheduled to fresh-air needs so the rooms never go stale.

  • Compost temperature

Probes in the compost track temperature continuously and raise an alert past a threshold.

  • Watering

The water motor and pump run on schedule for regular, measured watering.

  • Remote monitoring

All values are visible on your phone; faults and out-of-range values trigger WhatsApp alerts.
