FAQ & Help
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Hierapolis Halikarnas: village-to-table direct sourcing, Tuesday Bodrum deliveries, wholesale supply terms, and smart agricultural technologies.
How do Tuesday Bodrum deliveries work? What is the order deadline?
We deliver directly to your door across the Bodrum peninsula every Tuesday with our own vehicles. To gather fresh harvest directly from village growers in Denizli and Uşak, our weekly order cut-off is Sunday evening at 20:00. Orders placed before Sunday 20:00 arrive at your door on Tuesday.
Do you ship to other cities in Türkiye outside Bodrum?
Yes. Outside the Bodrum peninsula, we ship to all cities across Türkiye through partnered couriers using protective, shock-absorbing, and food-grade packaging. Courier orders are prepared and dispatched throughout the week.
Is there a minimum order quantity or delivery fee?
There is no minimum order basket required for our Tuesday Bodrum peninsula route; we deliver to all homes and businesses along our path. For courier shipments outside Bodrum, orders above a designated threshold qualify for free shipping.
Which areas and towns in Bodrum do you deliver to?
We cover the entire Bodrum Peninsula on our weekly Tuesday delivery route, including Bodrum center, Bitez, Konacık, Ortakent, Yahşi, Yalıkavak, Gündoğan, Göltürkbükü, Torba, Gümüşlük, Turgutreis, and Yalıçiftlik.
Where and how do you source the products?
All our products are sourced directly from registered family growers in the villages of Güney and Buldan (Denizli) and Eşme (Uşak), all registered with the Farmer Registry System (ÇKS). There are no middlemen or wholesale brokers; harvest is collected directly from the farmer's gate with official producer receipts and invoices.
Are there any chemical preservatives, additives, or artificial colorants in the food?
None whatsoever. Our olive oils are cold-pressed traditionally and rested without harsh filtering. Our legumes and flours are grown from heirloom seeds without pesticides. Our dried fruits are sundried without sulfur under the Aegean sun. Our tomato pastes and vinegars contain zero additives.
Can I see which grower and village my product came from?
Yes. In line with our transparency commitment, every product label clearly states the grower's name, village, harvest season, and batch code. You can also view grower registration records and official documentation on our 'Quality and Transparency' page.
What are your wholesale terms for restaurants, hotels, and markets?
We provide bulk sacks of heirloom legumes (25 kg / 50 kg), cold-pressed olive oil in food-grade tins (18 L), and boxed artisanal village goods for hospitality and dining venues across Bodrum and the Aegean. We set up weekly scheduled drops and provide product identity cards so chefs can tell the authentic story of local heritage harvest to guests.
Do you provide official tax invoices and producer documentation for commercial accounts?
Yes. All commercial transactions are accompanied by official e-invoices fully compliant with corporate accounting, tax inspection, and food safety standards. Batch-based farmer registration and origin documents can be attached upon request.
Can we request a sample tasting kit for our restaurant or hotel?
Yes. We prepare dedicated culinary tasting kits of our flours, grains, olive oils, and regional specialties for head chefs and purchasing managers. You can request samples directly via our Wholesale page or through our WhatsApp business line.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay securely via bank transfer / EFT when finalizing your order. For Bodrum door-to-door deliveries, cash or card on delivery is also available. For hospitality businesses and restaurants, weekly invoicing and term accounts are supported.
What happens if a product is damaged or broken during transit?
We have an unconditional replacement and satisfaction guarantee. If any glass jar or package is damaged during transit, simply send a photo of the package to our WhatsApp support line. We dispatch an immediate replacement or issue a full refund with no hassle.
Is the agricultural automation and irrigation site survey truly free?
Yes. For farmland located in the Denizli (Güney, Buldan) and Uşak (Eşme) region, our on-site technical inspection—covering well flow rate, static and dynamic water levels, electrical infrastructure, slope, and pipe sizing—is completely free. Following the visit, we deliver a custom automation and solar irrigation layout.
How do you assist with rural development grant applications (KKYP / TKDK)?
We assist farmers and agribusinesses through feasibility preparation, technical equipment specification matching, architectural layout plans, and grant submission files for KKYP and TKDK calls. We share the practical engineering experience gained from our own Eziler project directly with regional producers.
