We deliver directly to your door across the Bodrum peninsula every Tuesday with our own vehicles. To gather fresh harvest directly from village growers in Denizli and Uşak, our weekly order cut-off is Sunday evening at 20:00. Orders placed before Sunday 20:00 arrive at your door on Tuesday.

Yes. Outside the Bodrum peninsula, we ship to all cities across Türkiye through partnered couriers using protective, shock-absorbing, and food-grade packaging. Courier orders are prepared and dispatched throughout the week.

Is there a minimum order quantity or delivery fee?

There is no minimum order basket required for our Tuesday Bodrum peninsula route; we deliver to all homes and businesses along our path. For courier shipments outside Bodrum, orders above a designated threshold qualify for free shipping.

Where and how do you source the products?

All our products are sourced directly from registered family growers in the villages of Güney and Buldan (Denizli) and Eşme (Uşak), all registered with the Farmer Registry System (ÇKS). There are no middlemen or wholesale brokers; harvest is collected directly from the farmer's gate with official producer receipts and invoices.

Are there any chemical preservatives, additives, or artificial colorants in the food?

We buy directly from producers; each product page lists its ingredients and producer. We do not sell products with additives. If you'd like to know how a specific product is grown or processed, ask us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm it with the producer.

Can I see which grower and village my product came from?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In line with our transparency commitment, every product label clearly states the grower's name, village, harvest season, and batch code. You can also view grower registration records and official documentation on our 'Quality and Transparency' page.

What are your wholesale terms for restaurants, hotels, and markets?

Accepted Answer

We supply bulk sacks of legumes (25 kg / 50 kg) and boxed village goods to hospitality and dining venues across Bodrum and the Aegean. We set up weekly scheduled deliveries and share product details showing which village and producer each item comes from.

Yes. All commercial transactions are accompanied by official e-invoices fully compliant with corporate accounting, tax inspection, and food safety standards. Batch-based farmer registration and origin documents can be attached upon request.

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prepare sample packs of our pulses, flours and regional specialties for chefs and purchasing managers. You can request samples via our Wholesale page or our WhatsApp line.

How can I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely via bank transfer / EFT when finalizing your order. For Bodrum door-to-door deliveries, cash or card on delivery is also available. For hospitality businesses and restaurants, weekly invoicing and term accounts are supported.

What happens if a product is damaged or broken during transit?

We have an unconditional replacement and satisfaction guarantee. If any glass jar or package is damaged during transit, simply send a photo of the package to our WhatsApp support line. We dispatch an immediate replacement or issue a full refund with no hassle.

Yes. For farmland located in the Denizli (Güney, Buldan) and Uşak (Eşme) region, our on-site technical inspection—covering well flow rate, static and dynamic water levels, electrical infrastructure, slope, and pipe sizing—is completely free. Following the visit, we deliver a custom automation and solar irrigation layout.

We assist farmers and agribusinesses through feasibility preparation, technical equipment specification matching, architectural layout plans, and grant submission files for KKYP and TKDK calls.
