The grant-eligible project ceiling is 10,000,000 TL including VAT. Automation is supported at the highest rate. Rates and conditions are set anew each year. In basins declared water-restricted, 70% applies to all types.

What we do
Design
Site survey and system design from water source and soil data; irrigation project signed by an agricultural engineer and a brand-neutral technical specification.
Installation
On-site installation of pipelines, filtration, pump and solar system, pressure testing and commissioning.
Automation
Soil moisture sensors, wireless (LoRaWAN) valve units, tank level, pressure and pump control; automatic irrigation by schedule and sensor thresholds.
Monitoring and maintenance
Status and control from your phone, fault and dry-run alerts, remote diagnosis, seasonal maintenance and training.
We do not sell equipment. You buy the materials from an independent supplier; we design, install and run the automation.
Solar-powered irrigation (60%)
Solar panels are supported not as a standalone power plant but as an integrated investment that runs a drip, sprinkler or pivot system. We drive the pump from the panels and tie it into the automation.
- Two separate projects are required: the in-field irrigation project and the solar installation project.
- No grid connection and no electricity sales; an undertaking is signed for this.
- No more than 12 months between panel production and installation; all panels and inverters must be the same brand and model.
- Panels need a 10-year mechanical and 25-year 80% power warranty; the whole system at least 10 years.
- The supplier must hold a TSE service-site competence certificate; the land-use permit under Law 5403 is required.
- The grant ceiling is total panel power × the 2026 reference price: panels 35.62 TL/W + mounting, cabling and electronics 16.03 TL/W = 51.65 TL/W. For example a 10 kW system has a ceiling of about 516,500 TL (pump, inverter and battery are separate items).

Smart system components we install
- Control panel: 6–40 valve/pump capacity, built-in battery, modem and solar panel.
- Weather station: temperature, humidity, wind, pressure and rainfall; frost and drought alarms.
- Soil moisture and temperature probes: 30, 60, 90 and 120 cm lengths, a reading every 10 cm.
- Wireless valve units: LoRaWAN 868 MHz, IP67, -20/+65 °C operation, at least 2 km range.
- Automated field equipment: automatic filters, fertiliser tank, flow-controlled dosing pump, solenoid valves.

Survey
We inspect the well, pump, power, slope and mobile coverage on site.

Design and budget
We design the system and calculate the total and your share after the grant.

Application
We complete the documents with you; equipment quotes come from independent suppliers.

Installation
After the grant contract we finish installation within the 75-day period and hand over a working system.

Monitoring
The system is monitored remotely all season; records are ready for the 5-year inspections.

Bulutlu havada sistem çalışır mı?
Çalışır ancak debi düşer. MPPT sürücü, güneş panelinden gelen anlık güce göre dalgıç pompanın devrini otomatik ayarlar. Havuzlu/depolu sistemlerde bu dalgalanma sulamayı etkilemez.
Geceleri sulama yapabilir miyim?
Hibe mevzuatı gereği güneş enerjili sulama sistemleri şebekeye bağlanamaz; akü bataryaları da hibe kapsamında değildir. Gece sulama gereksinimi için gündüz depolama havuzunun doldurulup yerçekimi veya hidroforla sulanması tavsiye edilir.
Panellerin ve sistemin garantisi ne kadar?
Mevzuat, panellerde 10 yıl mekanik ve 25 yıl %80 güç performansı garantisi şart koşar. Sistemin geneli için ise en az 10 yıl garanti zorunludur. Tüm belgeler teslim dosyanızda eksiksiz yer alır.

Kuyu derinliğiniz, statik ve dinamik su seviyesi ile mevsimsel debi ölçümüne göre pompa motor gücü ve panel adedi mühendislik hesabı ile projelendirilir. Keşifte bu kontroller yerinde yapılır.

In projects where we act as grant consultants, our solution partner does not bid for equipment; purchases are made from independent suppliers.
Conditions to know
- For smart irrigation the project area must be at least 50 decares; adjoining parcels count as one, separate parcels must each meet it.
- For payment all components must be installed and running in the field and an inspection report (Annex 17) signed.
- ÇKS or TÜKAS registration, kept for 5 years after payment.
- Own land or a notarised lease of at least 5 years.
- Projects without a water use permit are not supported.
- The system cannot be sold, moved or repurposed for 5 years; the directorate inspects every season.
- At least 20% of the budget is reserved for women and young (18–41) entrepreneurs.
- Applications are made online during the call period via the Rural Development Information System (kirsalkalkinma.tarimorman.gov.tr).
