Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Hierapolis Halikarnas website and WhatsApp ordering line. By using them you accept these terms. The Turkish version is the legally binding one.

Orders
- Orders are placed on our WhatsApp ordering line. An order is final once we send you a confirmation message with an order number.
- You are responsible for giving a correct name, address and contact details.
Delivery
- We make one run a week: orders close on Sunday at 8 pm and are delivered in Bodrum on the following Tuesday.
- Orders placed after Sunday 8 pm go on the following week's run.
- Delivery time and area are confirmed on WhatsApp after you order.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Turkish lira. The price shown when you order applies.
- You can pay in cash on delivery or by bank transfer. For transfers, please add your order number as the reference.
Products
- Our products are village produce from growers around Hierapolis; natural variations in appearance and taste are possible.
- If we cannot supply an item in your order, we will let you know and will not charge for it, or will refund it.
Cancellations and returns
- You can cancel your order on WhatsApp before we set off.
- Withdrawal and return requests are handled under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Other
- These terms may be updated; the current version applies from the date it is published on this page.
- Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye are competent for disputes.
- The Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice apply to the processing of personal data.
