KVKK Notice

This notice is an English summary for information only; the Turkish KVKK notice is the legally binding version.

Hierapolis Halikarnas processes personal data as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Data processed: the name, phone number and delivery address you share when ordering or contacting us, and your email address if you create an account.

Purposes: taking and delivering orders, answering your requests, managing your account and meeting legal obligations.

Sharing: data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Neon), WhatsApp messaging (Meta and Kapso) and email notifications (Resend). These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye.

Your rights: you can submit requests under Article 11 of the KVKK through the channels on our Contact page.
