About the idea
Concept: three or four cabins similar to the Red Wheeled 18 are towed to the event; set-up takes half a day. Outside events they are rented monthly to landowners. Revenue: event packages (set-up, stay and cleaning), monthly rentals and try-before-you-buy rentals. Why here: grape-harvest and harvest events in Çal, Güney and Buldan and wedding venues around Pamukkale need flexible capacity that does not require a permanent building permit. First step: confirm caravan registration and insurance terms, and discuss season agreements with two event organisers and two vineyards.
Risks and mitigation
A cabin left permanently on one plot may count as a building; transport damage and insurance. Mitigation: agree usage periods with the municipality, comprehensive insurance and a transport protocol.
