About the idea
Concept: series production of 4–6 standard models (10–30 m²); steel or timber frame, heat-treated pine cladding, ready-made wet room and kitchen modules. Wheeled models are designed within caravan limits (2.55 m wide, 10 m long, 4 m high including trailer). Revenue: house sales, installation and transport, multi-unit discounts for glamping operators; exports to the Balkans and the Middle East from year two. Why here: Denizli has metalwork, furniture and textile (curtains, upholstery) suppliers close by, within 2–5 hours of Aegean and Mediterranean glamping demand. Why now: the sector is talking about rising demand and export potential; few makers offer standard models with a transparent price list. First step: build one prototype (e.g. the Triangle Deck 24), cost it out and offer pre-orders to three glamping operators.
Risks and mitigation
Material price swings, low-price competitors, quality and warranty obligations. Mitigation: build to order with 30–40% deposits, a fixed model list, standard insulation and moisture details.
