About the idea
Concept: build and run AI and automation for repetitive SME work in the region, such as quotes, order tracking, customer messages, and stock and accounting transfers. Revenue: a setup fee plus a fixed monthly maintenance/operations fee; recurring revenue is the backbone. Why here: Denizli and Uşak have thousands of producer and exporter SMEs with a large digitalisation gap, and most have no in-house software team. Very low capital: laptops, software subscriptions and a small team. First step: automate a single process (for example quotes and order messages) at 3 pilot businesses, measure the time saved and use the results as references.
Risks and mitigation
Fast-changing tools, client data privacy (KVKK), expectation management and churn. Mitigation: data-processing agreements, starting with measurable goals and going deep in one sector.
