About the idea
Concept: a small third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse that stores regional e-commerce sellers' goods, picks and packs orders, prepares them for courier and micro-export shipping, and handles returns. Revenue: storage fees per shelf or pallet, per-order pick-and-pack fees and margin on courier agreements. Why here: more producers in Denizli and Uşak sell on marketplaces, but most lack warehouse and operations capacity; it pairs well with the e-export agency idea. First step: start in a rented warehouse; agree volumes with 5–10 sellers and negotiate bulk rates with couriers.
Risks and mitigation
Seasonal order swings, client churn, and fixed warehouse and staff costs. Mitigation: flexible rented space, software integration and a client mix across sectors.
