Revenue: per-unit printing and production fees, integrated order flow with Etsy/Shopify sellers, and corporate and event orders. Why here: Denizli's garment and home-textile industry supplies blanks nearby at good prices, and micro-export makes overseas orders easier. First step: a pilot with 5 e-commerce sellers, measuring print quality and delivery times.
Risks and mitigation
Price competition, machine maintenance and consumable costs, and designs that infringe copyright. Mitigation: competing on quality and speed, a maintenance contract and a design approval process.
