From Güney, Buldan and Eşme to the Table: How We Source Our Produce

Most of what we sell comes from villages in the Güney and Buldan districts of Denizli and the Eşme district of Uşak. We know most of our growers well; some are from our own village, Eziler.

We buy chickpeas from Yeşilkavak in Eşme, homemade tarhana from Eziler and sesame products from Dereköy. Where a grower is on record, the product page shows their name and village.

Every purchase is documented: an invoice or producer receipt is issued, and the grower's name, village and batch are recorded. Every package carries the product name, origin, producer and batch.

If you want to know how a product is grown or processed, message us on WhatsApp; we will ask the grower and pass it on. We would rather ask than claim something we do not know.
