How Tuesday Delivery Works: Our Weekly Loop from the Villages to Bodrum

Finding village produce with a known origin is not easy in Bodrum. "Tuesday Delivery" is the routine we built to bring produce from trusted growers in the villages of Denizli and Uşak to Bodrum once a week, with its paperwork.

Every Sunday at 20:00 the order list is finalised. On Monday morning produce is collected from growers in Güney, Buldan and Eşme; every purchase is made with an invoice or producer receipt, and the producer's name, village and batch are recorded.

On Monday afternoon the produce is weighed and packed. Every package is labelled with the product name, origin, producer and batch.

On Tuesday we deliver with our own vehicle to homes, restaurants, hotels and shops across the Bodrum peninsula. Orders outside Bodrum leave with a contracted courier on Wednesday.
