Work at Denizli’s greenhouse industrial zone inspected on site

According to a report published by Denizli Yeni Olay on 28 September 2026, Denizli Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Mustafa Nevzat Zayim and Branch Manager for Pasture, Rangeland and Forage Crops Süleyman Sürmeli visited the Denizli Agriculture-Based Specialised Organised Industrial Zone (Sera OSB). The delegation inspected ongoing work and the production infrastructure on site.

Citing the Provincial Directorate’s statement, the report says work towards modern, sustainable and planned agricultural production is being followed closely in the field. It gives no details on the scope or timeline of the work or on the status of plots in the zone.

Agriculture-based specialised industrial zones also matter for the Rural Development Investment Programme. Under Communiqué 2026/9, investments in these zones receive a 70% grant, the programme’s highest rate. Indoor plant production and modern greenhouses are among the supported topics; the 2026 guide requires a minimum capacity of 3 decares for modern greenhouses.

The 2027 rules have not been published yet. Growers considering an investment in the Sera OSB should confirm plot allocation and application conditions with the zone management and the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.
